There's calls for the Government to speed up the legislation allowing a reduction in South West Water bills.
The water Bills Relief Fund of 35 million pounds a year needs to be passed by Parliament before it can take affect in 2013.
Cornwall's Lib Dem MP's are asking for it to be dealt with before the new session of Parliament in May to allow time to prepare for next year.
Earlier this month David Cameron said the cuts would correct the balance after years of unfairly high bills.
