Shelterbox commits more aid to the earthquake hit Haiti

A Cornish aid team who've just returned from Haiti say more work needs to be done.

The first Shelterbox response team to be sent to Haiti have just returned home five weeks since the devastating earthquake.

But the Helston based charity's work there is not finished, they have just committed 5,000 additional tents to the area.

It comes as an aid ship packed with British donations has arrived on a key mercy mission to Haiti.

Royal Fleet Auxiliary vessel Largs Bay is carrying hundreds of tonnes of supplies - from heavy lifting gear to water purification tablets.

The ship has dropped anchor near the capital Port-au-Prince.
